 Up to €100,000 Village houses various types in white mountain villages, 1 or 2 bedrooms, Some require reforms, fincas with ruins, urban plots with planning permission. Close to all village amenities, municipal pools. Mobile homes and timber houses on holiday parks or small parcels of land in the campo.
€100,000 to €200,000 Larger Town houses and apartments in good condition, in the white mountain villages as above 2 to 3 bedrooms Some smaller fincas of 3,000m2 to 12,000m2 land with 50m2 to 70m2 houses. Some with space for a pool, some close to municipal pool.
€200,000 to €300,000 Large town houses small B&B's, hotels, 3 to 5 bedrooms. Fincas with larger plots of land 12,000m2 to 30,000m2. Detached Country houses approx 70m2 to 100m2 build. Garden or land and space for pool. 10 - 15 mins drive to nearest village, usually via good track roads.
€300,000 to €400,000
Fincas with larger plots of land 12,000m2 to 100,000m2. 3 to 4 bedrooms. Good quality, detached Country houses approx. 1002 to 200m2 build, some with pools. 10 - 15 min drive to nearest village, usually via good track roads. Country plots with 10,000m2 and planning permission plus some new developments.
