Viewing appointments We are pleased to be able to offer viewing appointments at a time that suits you but we request 24hrs to 48hrs notice to enable us to liaise with property owners.
If you are planning a trip to Spain to view properties we can arrange local accommodation and transport facilities for you, just ask when arranging your viewing booking. We could sensibly show you 2 or 3 properties a day so a long weekend in the company of our friendly Spanish hosts would enable you to view several properties in one trip.
Bring a camera, video is best, a large note pad and plenty of sun cream! We will provide transport to each of the properties for you, and a property information pack.
It is the law in Spain that only properties with fully legal paperwork can be advertised for sale and the agent must have a copy to show you before you view or pay any deposits for a sales property. Always ask to see the official paperwork first, and appoint a lawyer to advise you before you part with any cash.
